1. Choose your chain & charms. Guests browse a curated selection of high-quality gold-filled or sterling silver chains and optional charms/connectors, from delicate to bold styles— whatever reflects their vibe that day.
2. Get custom-fit. We gently measure and wrap the chosen chain around your wrist, ankle, or neck for the perfect fit: comfortable, secure, and personalized.
3. Welding: the magic moment. Using a professional-grade welder, we permanently fuse the chain’s ends together (with a small protective pad between the metal and the skin for safety). The process is quick, safe, and painless; the weld itself happens in a fraction of a second.
4. Polish & reveal. Once welded, the piece is polished/smoothed so it feels seamless, and immediately ready to wear. From that moment on, it’s your forever piece, ready for everyday life or special moments.
